Great location, close to the old quarter but quieter. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Sunny. Perfect English. Concierge Hung went above and beyond, followed us to sister hotel, paid for taxi, checked in later. Delightful and welcoming staff. Excellent value.

Nothing could have been better.

The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. The hotel had a great location near many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice view.

The noise level was unbearable as there were constant construction noises coming from outside the hotel. Additionally, the staff wasn't very accommodating and seemed disinterested in helping guests with their needs. The wifi was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to work during my business trip.

The hotel was in a convenient location, walking distance to all major sights, a park with trees & shades, and the Old Quarter close by with a beautiful lake. the room was comfortable, spacious, clean, with a great TV. the bathroom was adequate, with a functioning shower and toiletries provided.

The breakfast was slightly poor with limited options and old croissants served.
